Can I trust these reviews?
Short answer: every review that carries a star rating and an average is a real user review that has been verified and approved by an admin. Illustrative feedback used to demonstrate the page layout is labelled separately and is excluded from ratings, structured data and search.
Our principles
- We do not produce fake reviews. We do not buy reviews, invent them, or inflate ratings.
- Sample feedback is clearly marked. It carries a "sample feedback" label and is never presented as a real customer review.
- Structured data is for real reviews only. AggregateRating/Review schema is generated only from approved real reviews.
- We don't delete negative reviews. Balanced feedback improves the product; only spam and abuse are moderated out.
- No medical claims. Apps like Dream Mining and DidntHappen are self-reflection tools, not treatment or diagnosis.
How we reject fake reviews
Every incoming review gets a verification level (below). Only reviews at the admin-approvedlevel receive a star rating, an average and schema. Reviews that can't be verified, that contradict themselves, or that were clearly incentivised are not published.
